Top 5 movies that I have to watch over and over

Hello friends :) Today's topic is the Top 5 Movies that I have to watch again and again.

#1 Almost Famous: This movie is fantastic if you like 70's/80's rock. Its based on the experiences of a band named Stillwater. After watching this movie, I looked up Stillwater on myspace, and I discovered some really awesome songs. There's a lot of good people in this movie. Jason Lee (my name is earl), Kate Hudson, Frances McDormand, Zooey Deschanel (sp?), and many others.

#2 Clueless: When I was a teen, I had to watch this movie EVERY DAY! (sometimes more than once a day) Even today, I still love this movie. Its just so stupid that its funny.

#3 St. Elmo's Fire: I was born just a little too late to be enthralled with the 80's teen movies, but I did make it a point to watch the major ones. I love this movie so much!

#4 Pearl Harbor: I love Ben Affleck so its no shock that I love this movie. I'm a bit of a history buff, so the historical aspect also appeals to me.

#5 Secret Window: This movie combines 2 of my favorite things; Johnny Depp and Stephen King. I read the "book" (its really a short story) before seeing the movie, but I love them both.

Any of these movies on your list? Whats a movie that you watch over and over?

  1. All good movies ('cept I haven't seen Pearl Harbor). I especially love Almost Famous. That movie took me by surprise.

I tend to have the Harry Potter movies on a lot because I'm huge Potter geek and they are OK for the kids. But when the kids are asleep I tend to watch Blade Runner, Apocalypse Now, Sweeny Todd, and 2001. Basically, I watch movies that I like to listen to as much as watch while I knit or play video games.

  2. You haven't seen Pearl Harbor?!??!! wow, its my second fav Ben Affleck Movie (Armageddon is #1 fav). I love Sweeny Todd. I like Harry Potter, but I'm not obsessed. I will probably go see the new one next month, if I can get someone to go with me.

I too watch and play at the same time, but if its a movie that I need to think about while watching, I will turn the computer off until its over.
